About

Who we are.

The New Times is an independent editorial publication on technology for senior corporate leadership, distributed in four languages.

Our mission

To cover the impact of technology on strategy, security, regulation, markets and leadership with the analytical density that C-level executives need to decide. No ads, no tracking, no editorial sponsorship.

Editorial policy

Every analysis prioritizes verifiable facts, numbers, sector comparisons and counterpoints. Primary sources are cited where available. We do not publish sponsored opinion and no commercial party influences what is covered or how. The newsroom uses AI tooling for research and initial drafting; every analysis is reviewed by an editor before publication.

Corrections policy

Factual errors are corrected immediately upon verification. Every correction is recorded at the end of the article with date and description of what changed. Significant corrections receive an errata note at the top of the article. Readers who identify errors can report them via the email below.

Editorial structure

The newsroom operates under the collective byline 'Redação' (Editorial Board) by editorial principle: the focus is on the analysis, not the analyst. The New Times is not affiliated with venture capital funds, communications agencies, technology consultancies or any company covered by the publication. The operation is sustained by direct support from readers and organizations.
